    We had an appointment with the SOS in Livonia to receive an apostille seal but upon arrival we were told they were out. We were referred to Tamika and she called us straight away. We explained what we needed and she verified the information. I asked her if I should drive to Lansing or if it's worthwhile to have her go on our behalf. She honestly laid out the options and let me choose. I wasn't quite sure the value was there if I could go to Lansing myself, but didn't want to hassle with the SOS. A few minutes after our inital call, Tamika called me to let me know the document, as is, could not receive the apostille seal and helped us obtain the documents needed to remedy the issue. Before she even left to get the apostille she proved the value of the service she offers and, more so, her knowledge of the system. I can only imagine my frustration if I got to Lansing and had an incomplete document. Tamika is worth her weight in gold. Professional. Punctual. Helpful. We have been chasing down a notary and apostille seal for months. One day with Tamika and it was DONE! I almost cried when we had the documents back same day with the seal.     Had to get some closing documents notarized and sent out yesterday. When I called Tamika, she said she could come to my house in 20 minutes, but before she hung up she asked if the papers needed some witnesses? The papers called for two witnesses that would be needed with their drivers license. If she wouldn't of asked she would of came and we would of had to scramble to find two witnesses. Bottom Line she saved us a ton of time and Grief. When she came to our house she was friendly and explained ever paper that was signed.
